The opening of Plaza Roztyly  was in the spirit of celebrations connected with a concert by musicians - Monika Absolonová, Jakub Prachař, Jan Maxián, Matěj Ruppert, Tros Disquotecos, as well as acrobats on a high rope and scarves. After dark, the building was covered in colors and thus became a local landmark.
For the visitors, there were samples of modern gastronomy and a panel discussion on the topic of the future of sustainable construction. The ceremonial ribbon was cut by representatives of the city and the investor in the presence of hundreds of visitors.

Plaza Roztyly is not only an example of progress in architecture and urban planning but also an example of how modern buildings can contribute to a better quality of life in cities. The building itself meets strict standards, key measures include the use of rainwater, rooftop photovoltaic panels, and charging stations for electric cars.
