The Avast Data Summit 2020 was a pivotal event filled with new developments, crucial information, and strategic plans for the upcoming year 2021. The entire conference was broadcast live from the DOX+ studio, showcasing a high level of corporate event execution. Our team was responsible for the complex technical support for conferences, managing a hybrid program format that successfully integrated pre-recorded presentations with dynamic live discussions and engaging Q&A sessions following each segment. The full program featured five key speakers, and our advanced conference AV technology was essential for connecting presenters located globally. Notably, speakers like Neil McGreery and Phil Marshall joined seamlessly from their respective remote locations in London and Budapest. This setup required sophisticated technical solutions for presentations to ensure a professional and smooth viewing experience for the entire audience.
